Hi guys! Here’s another look for #stylebydethie. My cousin brought to my attention the fact that this look reminded her of the outfits in « Chocolat », a movie with Omar Sy as the main character. He’s playing Rafael Padilla whose story is very sad but remains instructive! For want of getting inspired by it in a first place, i’m dedicating it to Rafael Padilla who i’m paying tribute to, as much as Omar Sy for giving him life again by playing his character brilliantly.

So i’m wearing grey pleated pants, a white shirt, a vintage black coat and to break It all off, a pair of Converse. I also relyed on details to highlight every single piece. I chose two accessories with different shades of green: a beanie with a strong green and socks in a graduent green. Here we are, suddenly back to 1897 with some 2017 elements !

Hi guys! Voici un nouveau look pour la rubrique #stylebydethie. Ma cousine a attiré mon attention sur le fait que l’ensemble lui rappelait vraiment les tenues du film « Chocolat » dont Omar Sy est le personnage principal. Il endosse le rôle de Rafael Padilla dont l’histoire, bien qu’assez triste, est très instructive. À défaut de m’en être inspiré au préalable, je le dédie aussi bien à Rafael Padilla à qui je rends hommage, qu’à Omar Sy pour lui avoir redonné vie en incarnant son personnage brillamment.

Je porte ainsi un pantalon à pinces, un tricot blanc, un manteau vintage noir et, pour casser le tout, des Converse. J’ai également misé sur les détails pour mettre en avant l’ensemble des pièces qui constituent ce look. En effet, j’ai opté pour deux accessoires de couleur verte à quelques nuances prêt: un bonnet court vert foncé et des chaussettes d’un vert dégradé. Nous voilà d’un coup projetés en 1897 avec quelques éléments de 2017!
